Application Process for Stars Ice Academy

Submit an Application
Submit your application through our application form.
Personal Statement
As part of our application process, skaters must submit a short statement telling us about their interest in the Academy and their goals, both in figure skating and academics. This allows us to gain understanding in who each skater is as a person, and what they are looking to get out of the Academy. Skaters are encouraged to be creative with their submission, and can choose to answer the required questions in any format they would like.

Interview& Tour
After reviewing application, students and their families will meet with the Academic Coordinator, Lead Athletic Director and Administrator at The Campus for an in-depth interview, information session, and tour.

Enrollment in Academy
A formal acceptance letter will be sent to the skater's family, offering the skater a place at The Stars Ice Academy.
Non-Refundable Deposit
Upon enrollment, families are required to submit a non-refundable deposit to secure their spot at the Academy and begin the process.
Enrollment Meeting
Families will schedule a formal meeting with Academic Coordinator to create STAR (Social/Emotional, Training, and Academic Regimen) for the year.
Enrollment in Cyber School
Once academic goals are determined, skaters will enroll in our recommended cyber charter school, Reach Cyber Charter School.
